Kamran Saeed
CEO-Asia & Europe & Co-founder
Kamran Saeed is a global aviation leader with more than two decades of hands-on experience supporting airlines, MROs, and regulatory authorities across Canada, the Middle East, and Europe. As the Co-Founder of Mount Aviation Solutions, Kamran focuses on delivering practical, reliable, and future-ready solutions that strengthen operational performance, elevate safety standards, and build capable technical teams for the aviation industry.
With a background that spans heavy maintenance, cabin retrofit programs, operational planning, regulatory compliance, manufacturing processes and productivity enhancement, and technical training, Kamran brings a unique blend of strategic insight and real-world experience. His work has supported major international carriers and maintenance organizations; ensuring efficient operations, transparent documentation, and alignment with global regulatory frameworks including Transport Canada-CARs, EASA, GCAA, and ICAO.
Kamran holds an MBA in Aviation Management and multiple international AME licences (Transport Canada M2, GCAA B1, and EASA). He has also contributed to engineering support programs, repair scheme development under Part 21, and the enhancement of technical workforce capabilities through structured training and leadership development.

Muhammad Farooq Khan is a distinguished aviation executive with over two decades of global experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, and structural repair. As the CEO – North America and Co-Founder of Mount Aviation Solutions, he leads the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and market expansion across multiple regions. His leadership focuses on delivering world-class aviation services, advanced technical training, and high-performance workforce solutions to major MROs, operators, and OEMs worldwide.
Farooq began his aviation career at the PIA Training Centre and progressed into senior technical and leadership roles within internationally recognized aviation organizations. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen major maintenance programs, structural repair projects, and multidisciplinary engineering teams across a diverse range of commercial and corporate aircraft. His ability to align technical precision with operational efficiency has made him a trusted leader in complex and high-stakes aviation environments.
Holding multiple global certifications including Transport Canada M2 & S, FAA A&P, UAE GCAA, and qualification as a Boeing Structural Repair Design Engineer Farooq brings an exceptional blend of technical mastery, regulatory understanding, and strategic vision.
