Chief Executive Officer-CEO & Co-Founder
Kamran Saeed is an accomplished aviation executive with over 20 years of international leadership in airline operations, MRO strategy, and workforce development. As CEO and Co-Founder of Mount Aviation Solutions, he oversees the firm’s global vision—delivering integrated aviation services, training, and technical staffing solutions to leading operators, OEMs, and regulators.
Kamran has held senior roles at major global aviation organizations, where he led large-scale retrofit programs, operational transformations, and production initiatives. His leadership spans both the strategic and operational spheres, enabling sustainable performance across complex regulatory environments.
With an MBA in Aviation Management and multiple international AME licenses (Canada, UAE, and EASA), Kamran is known for aligning technical excellence with commercial objectives. His work consistently centers on safety, compliance, innovation, and people—helping clients build resilient operations and future-ready teams.

Muhammad Farooq Khan

Muhammad Farooq Khan is a seasoned aviation leader with over 20 years of global experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, and structural repair. As COO and Co-Founder of Mount Aviation Solutions, he drives the company’s mission to deliver expert aviation services, technical training, and workforce solutions to top-tier MROs, operators, and OEMs.
Farooq began his career at the PIA (Pakistan international airlines)Training Centre and went on to hold senior technical roles at renowned organizations. He has led critical maintenance programs and structural initiatives across a wide array of aircrafts.
Holding international licenses—including Transport Canada (M2 & S), FAA A&P, UAE GCAA, and certified Boeing Structural Repair Design engineer—Farooq brings deep technical expertise, regulatory insights, and trusted, hands-on leadership. His innovative approach and commitment to excellence continue to shape skilled team and elevate operational standards across the aviation industry.
